Certainly, I am willing to try anything to make the classroom more interesting.  The only thing is that some students do not have personal computers and do not have access to internet at home.

Blogs can be very useful in the teaching and learning process.  It can be used to share valuable information on any topic.  Through this medium teachers/lecturers can communicate with other persons with similar interests and get ideas on how to approach topics, problems etc.

 In my view it also adds to the list of strategies that a teacher can employ in the delivery of a lesson.  I would use blogs for a new topic to asess what students already know, what they want to know and what they have learnt.  The final category would help in the evaluation of the lesson and point the way forward.
